Join us for an intimate and transformative evening designed for women ready to release, reclaim, and rise.

Rage Release: Gold in the Dark is more than a workshop, it’s a ritual of letting go, of honoring our fractures, and discovering the beauty in what’s been broken.

💬 Empowering Talk
We begin with a heartfelt, healing talk from Regan a Certified Trauma Coach, Trainer, Empowerment Speaker, and founder of Unbreakable Spirit Trauma & Empowerment Services.

Regan is also the author of a powerful rage journal created to help people release and process intense emotions like anger, sadness, and grief.

She is a strong believer in the power of emotional release as a form of deep self-love. In this session, she’ll guide you through understanding why our unspoken rage, grief, and frustration deserve to be acknowledged not hidden and how letting go of what we carry is one of the most powerful acts of healing we can give ourselves.

Together, we’ll explore the power of emotional release and why our unspoken rage, sadness, and pain deserve a voice.

Marbling on Ceramic - Symbolic Tile 
Witness beauty in unpredictability as you create a one of a kind marbled tile. The swirling ink represents our unique emotional journey, unfiltered, flowing, free. It signifies our individuality and untamed beauty.

Letter to Release - Scroll of liberation 
Using beautifully printed paper, pen a note to your current self, naming the emotions you are ready to release. Grief, anger, fear, whatever you’re holding, it’s welcome here. Infuse forgiveness and love into the letter. This energy needs to be transmuted.

Ceramic Smash - Symbolic Breaking Point 
Break the tile. With one concentrated smash of a hammer, you'll break this beautiful marbled creation. A symbolic act of emotional release. Of hitting rock bottom, of not being afraid to shatter and being broken down.

Kintsugi Repair - We are never beyond repair 
Using the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, we lovingly restore the broken tile with gold resin glue. Just like us, it returns, stronger, more beautiful, not despite of our scars but because of them. It's a reminder to stay optimistic when things fall apart and to celebrate the flaws and missteps of life.

We shouldn't hide our scars, we should try to love and embrace them. It's a metaphor for resilience and embracing imperfection. 

Letter to the Future You - The Sacred Scroll
Write to your future self offering gratitude, hope, or a promise. Praise to self for your strength and perseverance. Who will you be a year from now? 

To close, we’ll seal each letter with wax, to be opened one year from today, as a sacred reminder of your resilience.

Arrival time - Please arrive by 6:20pm for a prompt 6:30pm start 

Refreshments: Soothing Herbal Tea and infused water will be served. You are also welcome to bring a bottle of wine.
