We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring fairness to all clients and our creative team.
Cancellations with at least 72 hours’ notice (clear and confirmed communication) are eligible for a refund or rescheduling, depending on availability.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking may not be eligible for a refund, but we’ll do our best to offer a partial credit or rescheduling at our discretion.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the booking. This includes no-shows or same-day notifications.

DaisyLime Creations – Party Booking Refund & Cancellation Policy
At DaisyLime Creations, we pour love and care into every party we plan. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our refund and cancellation terms:
Cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice (prior to your scheduled party date) are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 14 days of the party date are not eligible for a refund. However, we may be able to offer a partial credit or rescheduling at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the party, including same day cancellations and no-shows. At that stage, preparations, staffing, and materials will have already been confirmed and committed.
